Who We Are

Founded in early 2025, HCE grew out of years of experience at large engineering firms across the Austin area - and a clear sense that clients deserved better. Too often, reaching someone with real experience and technical skill meant navigating slow communication and layers of process. HCE was built to change that.

Today, HCE is a dynamic engineering services firm delivering innovative, reliable, and cost-effective civil engineering, design, and project management services across Austin Texas - for municipalities, private developers, and local businesses alike. Though young, our team blends seasoned professionals with fresh talent, combining technical depth with agility.

What sets us apart: responsive communication, cost-effective solutions, and a hands-on approach tailored to each client’s goal. Our growth has been organic - driven by trust, word-of-mouth, and a relentless commitment to quality. Small enough to stay nimble, yet capable enough to take complex, high-stakes projects with confidence.
